Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop custom applications and integrations, and configure workflows, forms, and fields.
  • Implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
  • Perform debugging, testing, and optimization for performance and usability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze and deliver on business requirements.
  • Ensure the quality and security of code and follow best practices for production readiness.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow updates and trends.
  • Participate in the software engineering community and contribute to team culture and technical discussions.

Requirements:

  • Formal education in computer science or related field, with 2+ years of applied experience.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably in a senior or mid-level capacity.
  • Strong programming skills with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and configuration of at least two ServiceNow modules.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Certified as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
  • Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
